Registration
1. 2022 IEEE International Conference on Virtual Reality and Visualization (ICVRV) will be held in Kunming, China, from November 18-20, 2022, as a hybrid conference (onsite and online). Please register your personal information online. The registered personal information will be used for chest plate printing. After successful registration, the mailbox filled in at the time of registration will automatically receive a link to the application invoice. Participants can apply for the invoice through the link, or return to "Dashboard" to apply for the invoice.
2.Participants who can only pay on-site due to special circumstances should also submit registration information in advance so that conference staff can make site arrangements.

Payment Method（关于支付和发票）
1) 如果您选择转账汇款，请您务必先提交订单→上传凭证(登录会议网站→ 个人中心 （Dashboard）- 我的订单（My Orders） - 上传凭证(Upload payment voucher）)→提交审核；
· 如您是论文作者请注明：“姓名，订单ID，V论文ID”
· 如您是非论文作者请注明：“ICVRV，姓名，订单ID”
· Video track请备注：“video，ID，姓名”
· 例如：张三，123456，V31（订单和论文ID前的#不需要）
2）发票申请和修改：注册缴费成功后（即订单状态为已支付），注册时填写的邮箱和手机号码将自动收到申请发票的链接（请勿删除），参会者可通过链接来申请发票，也可返回会议网站，在“个人中心（Dashboard）”→ “我的发票（My Invoice）” 申请发票；
发票修改：发票已申请未开具，需要修改信息：登陆会议页面 → “个人中心（Dashboard）” → “我的发票（My Invoice）” → 找到要修改的发票，点击“修改（Modify）”
* 如果是集体缴费的，需要分开开票，请在申请发票时，在页面下方的备注栏注明完整开票张数；本次会议由中国仿真学会收取注册费，并开具“会议费”发票，如有特殊需求，请在备注里面说明。
